Plumbing Mistakes to Avoid in the New Year

Bad Idea #1: Using Liquid Drain Cleaners
Chemical drain cleaners may seem like the cheap and easy alternative to calling the plumber for a clog, but they may end up costing much more. The chemicals in liquid drain cleaners will eat away and remove a clog, but they can also cause damage to the pipes. This damage includes things like:
